Completely portable and small enough to fit in a pocket, the chiming unit has an operating range of 100m, a volume of 83db and a choice of 8 melody chimes. In addition, it also vibrates gently when the front door-mounted bell push is pressed - very useful if you’re hard of hearing. With three operating modes: sound only, vibration only or sound and vibration together, it even has a blue LED light to signal a visual alert. The water-resistant bell push is supplied with wall-mounting fi xings and is powered by a CR2032 battery, while the chime unit takes 2xAA batteries.

To the Channel Islands, it can take 6 working days and costs of £14.99.
